Healing doesn’t stop when the session ends. As part of every Reiki experience at Thrive Mind, your practitioner will offer personalized aftercare guidance to support your continued healing between sessions.

This may include gentle practices, reflective prompts, breathwork techniques, or simple energetic rituals you can weave into your daily life — so the work you do in the treatment room keeps unfolding long after you leave it.
