Integrated developmental support

An integrative suite of structured support programs designed to strengthen learning, development, and family systems across the neurodiversity spectrum. These services combine individualized planning, ongoing implementation, family education, and intensive developmental intervention to support children and adolescents in achieving greater academic, emotional, and functional balance across home, school, and community environments.

 

Individual Student & Family Support

  • Tailored to families of students across the neurodiversity spectrum to design and implement a structured plan targeting problem areas, which can include academic performance improvement, developmental skill development, executive function improvement, socioemotional behavioral challenges, as well as home/school environmental restructuring to restore developmental trajectory goals. This program collaborates with student school officials and where applicable, mental health professionals to reinforce recommendations.

  • Plan execution involves progressive tailoring of approach to your child and family’s unique needs, collaborating with parents, school/extracurricular officials, and mental/physical healthcare clinicians in a youth’s life to optimize structure and forge needed change. At minimum, four sessions are highly recommended.

Family Education & Support (Tea & Tea) Group

Educational group for families to discussed strategies for supporting you child’s education development, to support parents and families navigating children across the neurodiversity spectrum, and to discuss strategies for refine the structure of a child’s environment outside of school to promote general development holistically.

Renaissance (wrap-around) developmental reset program

This is a 3-month, highly structured program for children in need of a more urgent intervention to first stabilize around areas of immediate concern, and then for sustainability, the structure of their environments in alignment with their developmental trajectory.

  • This program is for students struggling with suboptimal academic and executive function related to factors such as chronic disinterest, low motivation, screen/electronic addiction., and moderate to severe mental health challenges It involves collaborative interface with school, extracurricular, and where relevant, mental health clinician supports, to ensure harmonious reinforcement of the intervention plan constructed. The Renaissance is broken up into 3 modules, providing weekly sessions of in-person support and daily virtual check-ins.
